A free tool that grades statements of work against a published rubric, in about a minute.
What it is
CheckMySOW reads a statement of work and tells you, before it is signed, where it is loose. You get a letter grade, a scorecard across ten criteria, and the top fixes with replacement wording you can paste straight back into the document. It works whether you wrote the SOW (unpaid-work risks are called out for you) or you received one (vague commitments are called out for you).
How grading works
The text is read in your browser and scored 0 to 10 on each criterion of the published rubric: deliverables, acceptance criteria, exclusions, change control and the rest. Code computes the weighted total and the letter, so the same document always gets the same grade. Nothing you paste or upload is stored.
